In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 7 against Lydia Becky Leggitt of Jefferson on a charge initiated in April 2021 of possession of drug paraphernalia. Leggitt was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $179.25.
A judgment was entered against Titus Isaiah Jeremiah Brown of Jefferson on charges of interference with official acts and disorderly conduct. Brown was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on each count. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed. Court costs were $60.
Shane Franklin Clark of Council Bluffs was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of violation of a no contact order. Court costs were $60. The disposition was identical in a second charge against Clark of violation of a no contact order.
Michael John Downey of Carroll was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
Beverly Jean Moore of Grand Junction was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Court costs were $60.
Matthew Lee Hurley of Jefferson was fined $250 with a $37.50 surcharge on a charge of interference with official acts. Court costs were $60.
Anthony Joseph Nunez Jr of Carroll was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct- loud, raucous noise, amended from assault. A charge of interference with official acts was dismissed. Nunez must also pay $479.25 court costs.
Disposition was entered in two cases against Danielle Lynn Schofield of Jefferson, both on charges of theft- fifth degree. In the first, she was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge, and ordered to pay $4.79 restitution to Fareway. On the second, she was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge, and ordered to pay $117.69 restitution to Ace Hardware. Court costs were $60 in each case.
